What is the Housing Crisis mentioned on the Facebook group and why hasn't it been resolved?

Massive sudden growth in Ireland over the last decade, post-2008 resession has lead to a situation where demand for homes vastly outweighs supply of homes.

Building an estate of 50 homes requires more than bricks and mortar, it requires road upgrades, sewage plant upgrades, water supply upgrades, internet and phone lines, schools, medical etc etc etc.

One of the questions that people ask the most frequently on the Facebook group is what specific areas are like and if someone has info on what it is like living there.

We have a running post where people can give information and what it is like in their areas, so needless to say, there is absolutely no reason why you should not be able to find that info here. However, in Sa2eire.com style, we will supersize it a bit for you!
